1. About HE PAYS, DARLING
HE PAYS, DARLING is the brand that creates, licenses, delivers and supports the digital editorial products shown on this website. Questions about the content or delivery can be sent to support@hepaysdarling.com.
When checkout is enabled, Creem acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller. Creem processes payment, calculates and remits applicable indirect taxes, issues the invoice and provides its own Buyer Terms. If these product-specific terms conflict with Creem's Buyer Terms on a transaction, Creem's Buyer Terms prevail for that transaction.
2. Who may use the site?
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using the site or purchasing a product, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the material lawfully.
3. Products, prices and orders
Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, page counts and included materials are shown on the relevant product page. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Creem calculates the final tax treatment using the buyer's location and status and displays the full amount due before payment is authorized.
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. We may correct an obvious price or description error before accepting an order and may refuse or cancel an order where required for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance or other lawful reasons.
4. Digital delivery
Access is normally sent to the email address used at checkout shortly after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for entering a working email address and maintaining a compatible device and PDF reader. If access does not arrive, check spam and contact support with the order email and transaction reference.
5. Your personal-use licence
Purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the product for private purposes. Ownership and all intellectual-property rights remain with HE PAYS, DARLING and its licensors.
You may not copy for others, upload, share, resell, sublicense, publish, translate, alter, train an AI system on, or create a competing or derivative product from any part of the material. Reasonable personal notes and device backups are permitted.
6. No change-of-mind refunds after access begins
Because the products are immediately accessible digital content, sales are generally final once delivery or download begins. Where the law requires it, checkout must obtain your express request for immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost when digital performance begins. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charge, corrupted files or content that is materially not as described. 7. Educational content, not a promised outcome
The products provide editorial education, frameworks, scripts and decision tools. They are not legal, financial, medical, psychological or safety advice. They do not guarantee access to wealthy partners, gifts, travel, financial support, marriage or any other person's conduct. Your choices, safety and results remain your responsibility.
8. Acceptable use
The material may not be used for fraud, coercion, harassment, discrimination, financial exploitation or any unlawful purpose. Nothing on this site recommends lying, inventing emergencies, trading consent for money or surrendering financial and personal safety.
9. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and downloads available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HE PAYS, DARLING is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or decisions made using the educational material. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights where limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Governing rules and changes
These product-specific terms are governed by Czech law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Creem's Buyer Terms govern the resale transaction. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in effect when you order applies to that purchase unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
